Piano Lessons: The Foundation Private Piano Lessons will teach the student to · Read and play music · Recognize sounds, patterns and melodies. · Learn mastery of dynamics · Become technically and theoretically proficient 1/2 hr and 1 hr lessons are available. Our staff specializes in children with learning difficulties and incredible talent. What sets RCMA apart is our use of cutting edge multimedia programs to enhance the musical learning experience. Contests, recitals, shows, exams and awards all serve to build esteem and motivate each student. Exams: We also offer the Royal Conservatory of Music ® Exam Program for our advanced students. Students select a piece of music from each of the musical time periods as well as learning a level-specific set of technical requirements. They then present these to a qualified examiner and are assigned a grade and comment sheet. TUITION COSTS
Violin, Viola, Cello Basic Rudiments will be taught to students as well as proper breathing techniques and general sound clarity. NCMA teaches standard notation and Suzuki methods of training. These instruments may be studied by children ages 6 and up. Melodies that are accompanied by the piano will be taught as well. Students must bring their own instrument to class.
Guitar Guitar Tablature, notation and chord playing will be taught in a variety of styles on the acoustic or electric guitar. |
